Join us for a discussion with Author Tom Nelson on his book, Wrecked: The Edmund Fitzgerald and the Sinking of the American Economy.  Nelson, currently Outagamie County Executive and a former Wisconsin state legislator, is the author or co-author of numerous books. He and co-author Jerald Podair, a UW-Milwaukee professor emeritus, reexamined the 1975 sinking of the Edmund Fitzgerald on Lake Superior as a maritime tragedy and symptom of America’s industrial decline.

If you have preliminary questions for the speaker, please send to Program Coordinator Scott Hildebrand at scott.h.hildebrand@gmail.com by Monay November 2.
