Behind the Scene at Henry Vilas Zoo - SELF DRIVE (TC)

A last-minute opportunity!!

Step into the wild works of the Henry Vilas Zoo!  We'll explore the zoo like never before as our knowledgeable guides share fascinating facts ad stories about the animals and conservation efforts.  Lunch will follow the walking tour.

A number of spots have been made available by the Verona Senior Center.

Schedule 

This is a self-drive event.  Details as to where to meet will be shared upon registration.

Cost  

$18 per person and includes fees, meal, and gratuities.

For insurance purposes, all travelers are required to complete the Verona Member Form (no charge) and Verona Trip Waiver Form annually.  Please download forms here, complete, and bring to the bus on the day of the trip.

Please note that these forms must be completed annually.  If you have traveled with us and completed the forms on a previous 2026 excursion, the forms are not needed.

Registration Details and Deadline

Register by calling the Verona Senior Center at 608-845-7471. Registrations much be received no later than Wednesday, September 2, 2026.

Refund Policy

UWRA refunds an event fee if cancelled prior to the registration deadline.  Refunds after the registration deadline are only processed if a wait-listed registrant can attend.  Refunds made by check.
