ETC is a manufacturer of lighting systems and technologies, founded in 1975 by Fred Foster while he was attending UW-Madison. Their market is worldwide, with products featured in anything from school theatres to the Overture Center, Disney, Cruise Ships, television and movie sets, hospitals, office spaces, hotels, museums, theme parks, and more.

They manufacture everything within their facilities in Middleton and Mazomanie, plus a different company based in Austin, Texas, and a handful of other smaller companies under the ETC umbrella around the world. ETC is 100% employee owned through an ESOP program and employ over 1,000 people right here in Dane County.

Transportation & Parking Information

This is a self-drive event. Participants are responsible for transportation and parking.

Register online. Registrations much be received no later than Monday, September 9, 2026. Please note: Attendance is limited to 50 people.
