From the science of memory and forgetting to strategies for navigating transitional phases, each session is designed to offer valuable insights into maintaining cognitive health. The series will conclude with a panel of retirees sharing personal stories and tips for managing cognitive wellness, fostering a supportive and informed community around aging.
