Identity theft continues to be the fastest growing crime in the United States. The more you learn about it, the less vulnerable you are. The more you learn about it, the less vulnerable you are. The Wisconsin Bureau of Consumer Protection will discuss guarding against identity theft, protecting your assets in the digital age, and recovery of lost assets. You will be allowed ample time to ask questions.

Jeff Kersten is the Agency Liaison for the Bureau of Consumer Protection within the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection. As the Agency Liaison, Jeff travels around the state to educate the public, businesses and law enforcement on the importance of privacy protection and data security. Jeff has over 12 years of experience as a police officer and is a former Consumer Protection Investigator for the Bureau of Consumer Protection.
