Mon, February 14, 2022 8:34 PM | Anonymous member (Administrator)

Dr. Nasia Safdar is leading a study to learn more about how the influenza virus evolves from year to year and assess people’s immunity to influenza strains. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has requested that we conduct a study assessing people’s immunity to influenza in a nationwide study.

The SAFE Study is seeking participants of all ages to complete either a one-time blood draw and survey or enroll into a multi-year study with 2 blood draws per year for three years. Compensation up to $210 may be available for full study participation.

If you are interested in participating or have any questions, please contact safe@medicine.wisc.edu.
