Are you thinking of purchasing a personal fitness tracker or watch, but would like to know more about what is available? Maybe you already use fitness technology, such as an app on your phone, and would be willing to share your experience. Or, you might have received a health and fitness tech item as a gift but aren’t quite certain how to get started.
If so, please plan to join the Electronic Technology Committee (ETC) members at the Fitchburg Public Library for a personal fitness information exchange.
The ETC members will be on hand to discuss their experiences with Fitbits, Apple Watches, smart scales, various fitness apps, and fall detectors. If you have questions regarding a device or app you already own, please bring your device with you. If we don’t know the answer to your question, we’ll do our best to help you find a solution.
If you have a specific question, you would like addressed during the Tech Clinic, please email UWRA.tech@gmail.com prior to the event.
